Pinewood Studios - Slough, London

ESS Modular

The home of James Bond and the Carry On film franchises gets upgraded with a new two storey steel-framed modular building. LMC Drylining completed all partitions and ceilings.

The Qube, London

Trabur

Qube is the world’s first members’ studio for musicians, podcasters and content creators. Home to over 60 purpose-built studios. LMC provided supply, installation and finishing of acoustic walls and ceilings thoughout.

Lincoln Plaza, London

Fileturn

The Lincoln Plaza by Hilton underwent a complete refurbishment. LMC was proud to supply and install partitions and ceilings throughout the new building.

Campbell Court adaptation of a roof top plantroom, repair to the existing façade and addition of a penthouse with a 360 degree view in one of London’s most desirable locations. LMC Drylining completed all partitions, ceilings and installed Corium™ brick cladding to the exterior.

Hotel Travelodge, Gatwick London

Axcel Hospitality Group

Axcel refurbish the hotel, including upgrading rooms and a full renovation of the reception, restaurant and bar areas. LMC installed internal plasterboard stud partitions with different partition wall types all which offering a different fire and acoustic performance.

Accor Hotels Sofitel - London, Heathrow

Grove Developments

Luxury airport hotel, Sofitel London Heathrow, has undergone an extensive new build of all its restaurants and bars. LMC completed all main function rooms, meeting rooms, theatre & Link bridges.

Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading

Carey Group

‘Project Jenga’ involved creating a new store for retail giant Next at the Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading. LMC installed internal plasterboard stud partitions with different partition wall types all which offering a different fire and acoustic performance.

Leinster Rugby, Ken Wall Centre of Excellence

ESS Modular

This two storey Elite Performance Centre needed to be constructed on site with minimal disruption to the club which was to remain fully operational throughout the course of the build. LMC Drylining completed all partitions, ceilings and installed Corium™ brick cladding to the exterior.

KCR Apartments, Kimmage, Dublin

Framespace Ltd

This project involves the construction of 12 x 2 and 3 beds apartment at the entrance of KCR industrial estate in Kimmage. This project included a weather & airtight frame solution, including render and brick slip facades along with the provision of bathroom pods. With concrete floors and a green roof, this project demonstrates the flexibility of our system.

Riverside Manor Kilcullen (Phase 2)

This contract involves the turnkey delivery of 90 houses at Riverside Manor Kilcullen, Co. Kildare. The project consists of 16 x 1 bed, 24 x 2 beds, 42 x 3 beds and 8 x 4 beds units. The contract includes full site developments works and will be completed over a 14 months programme onsite.

This contract involves the turnkey delivery of 6 houses at Riverside Manor Killcullen Co. Kildare. The project consists of 2 x 4 beds detached houses along with 4 x 3 beds semi detached units. The contract includes full site developments works with a 16 week on site programme.

Highcliffe Primary School, Birstall, Leicester

Spatial Initiative

Highcliffe Primary School in the village of Birstall, Leicester is situated on a restricted site with residential properties on all four sides of the school perimeter. LMC Drylining completed all partitions, ceilings and installed Corium™ brick cladding to the exterior.

Avonwood Primary School, Bournemouth, Dorset

ESS Modular

Avonwood Primary School, located in Bournemouth is a unique, state of the art new primary school. LMC Drylining completed all partitions, ceilings internally with Rail & Render board externally.

Dorchester Primary School, Worcester Park

Dorchester Primary School required a two-phase build comprising of a school extension in phase one and demolition of the existing building entrance and offices for construction of a sports hall in phase two. This project required the construction of a completely new school, to replace the existing older building and temporary units that were being used to house the schools 360 students. This project involved the demolition of an existing single storey school building and construction of a new two storey school block in the green belt. LMC Drylining completed all partitions, ceilings and installed Corium™ brick cladding to the exterior.

New Builds, drylining and Cladding in UK & Ireland

New Build | 3 Storey 5 bed

Beckenham - £600,000

LMC were the main Contractor for this project. Complete strip out of existing property and demolition of rear of existing building . New build 2 storey extension to rear of building. Complete fit-out to internal of building to include all Mechanical and Electrical installations, drylining, flooring, joinery ,painting, floor and wall tiling, new roof & complete turn key design.

Extension & Complete refurb

Bagshot - £400,000

LMC were the main Contractor on this refurbishment. Demolition of existing extension and conservatory. Build on new extension to form new kitchen/dining area and new living area. Also complete rewire & plumbing of existing house, with complete turn key finish.

Extension & Refurb

Egham - £180,000

LMC were the main Contractor on this project - Demolition of existing small side extension. Build New single storey extension to rear and side of existing building. Responsible for all Mechanical and electrical installation, drylining, joinery, painting, floor and wall tiling, roof installation, supply new kitchen and bathroom, complete turn key finish.

Wentworth Estate - £600'000

LMC Drylining did the supply and fit of the Blockwork and internal drylining package for this project.

New Build | 8000 sq Ft apartment

Kensington - £400,000

Demolish existing redundant plant room on 9th Floor . Install modular building on 9th storey of an existing building and internal drylining to new 8000 sq Ft apartment.
